At Jiaxing Xiaochen Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., we not only pursue excellence in the field of solar photovoltaic crystalline silicon cell manufacturing, but also strive to create a passionate and dynamic team culture. In July 2024, our East District, North District and Business Department members jointly organized a unique team building activity - Shandong trip. This is not just a simple trip, but an exercise in team spirit and a deep experience of corporate culture.

On July 8, the sun was shining and the breeze was blowing. We set off on the journey to Shandong with excitement. After arriving at the destination, all members gathered at the hotel villa. The brief free travel allowed everyone to quickly relax. The dinner in the evening made the communication between each other more in-depth, laying a good foundation for the next activities.

On the second day, our schedule was full. A group of people came to the famous Wanggezhuang Market, which was bustling and lively. Everyone felt the local characteristics of Shandong here, tasted authentic snacks, and bought local handicrafts. Afterwards, we came to the beach. Some members chose to go fishing and experience the fun of the sea; others chose to watch the sea at the beach and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature.

In the evening, the colleagues from the Ministry of Commerce showed their skills and purchased local specialty ingredients. Everyone showed their strengths and cooked a sumptuous dinner together, which not only enhanced the relationship between team members, but also made this trip more meaningful.

On the 10th, we came to the Qingdao Naval Museum, which records the development of the Chinese Navy and displays many precious military relics and models. Under the guidance of the tour guide, we learned about the history and modernization process of the Chinese Navy, which gave us a deeper understanding of the country's maritime power strategy and also inspired our national pride.

On the 11th, we ended this unforgettable trip to Shandong with rich harvests and reluctance to leave, and started our journey home.
