Qualifications

1. Responsible for the compilation and summary of information related to chip packaging and scintillator coupling materials, and responsible for the selection of materials.

2. Responsible for the process development and design related to chip packaging and scintillator coupling materials, such as chip pasting and scintillator pasting, etc.

3. Responsible for the reliability test and verification of chip packaging and scintillator coupling materials, and make process improvements;

4. Responsible for assisting other departments in discussing or solving problems related to materials.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
